Here there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops, a bank as well as two good sized supermarkets a similar distance inland. 1km away is a commercial centre which includes cafés, bars, dvd rental shop and an English mini-market, as well as a park with children’s playground. The secluded grass area to the back and sides of the property includes an 8m x 4m pool and patio, and the gravel area to the front contains many regional plants as well as parking for two cars.

You will find this summer cottage only 300 meters away from the coast of Conil, renowned for its lovely bays and within another 1,5 km distance to its wide spread beaches. Apart from the cottage usage there is also a patio to be used (including a shower) from where a path lined with columns leads to the spacious pool of the premises. With the construction work just finished in May 2003 the building is almost new and can - hardly over exaggerating- easily be described as a small palace. There is a flat with a separate entrance on the first floor, which is used by the owner, but being closed to him is not an issue as you would hardly notice his presence at all.

Vejer is surrounded by the Las Brenas and the Marismas Natural Parks, and the beautiful sandy beach of El Palmar is 10km away. Inland are the towns of Medina Sidonia and Arcos de la Frontera, and along the coast are the beaches of Los Canos de Meca, Cape Trafalgar, Conil de la Frontera, Zahara de los Atunes and Tarifa. For golf enthusiasts the 18 hole course of Montenmedio is 5km away.

The stylish master bedroom has a kingsize bed, large built in wardrobe and bedside cabinets. The other two bedrooms each have twin single beds, freestanding wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Guest bedding is high quality, with a choice of either sheets and blankets or four seasons duvet as preferred. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, and there is also a separate shower room.
The large contemporary open plan lounge diner is beautifully furnished with comfortable three seater sofa and armchairs, coffee and occasional tables and TV/shelving unit. The dining table seats 6 diners, with quality tableware available. TV, DVD player and CD/radio are available for guests to use, as well as books and games. Fans and heaters are available for various seasons.

To reach the beach you only have to cross a one-way street, a very small forest and after 300 meters you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean. There is a huge garden with swimming pool and porch in front of the house and a very charming area behind it with nice wooden garden furniture’s and a swinging garden hammock. The house is very good and modern equipped, quiet located but offers to walk to restaurants, shops and bars in “La Barrosa”. We are sure you will always remember the holidays you have spent in this holiday home.
