Our fully comprehensive service to you can involve anything from helping with giving advice on local transport and/or accommodation in Spain to arranging viewings of properties that are of interest to you. We are here and our main priority is to move all obstacles out of your way, so that you can enjoy your new home without any problems, stress or hassle.

* We are happy to assist you with finding local accommodation during your stay. Generally, we recommend you to plan between 3-4 days for your visit on the Costa de la Luz.

* On request, we can reserve a hire car for you (at competitive rates) to await you directly at the airport

* We arrange your individual viewing date and schedule and provide professional advice on our properties

* On request, we can accompany you to the Spanish banks to translate and help with opening your Spanish bank account, mortgage application, money transfer, setting up debits etc.)

* We will organise all the neccessary purchasing documents for your new home and prepare your contracts individually

* We provide translation services at the notary

* We change any existing contracts for electricity, water and gas into your name, if you wish.

* We introduce you to an English speaking legal consultant/solicitor, if requested

* We provide help and assistance after you have found and bought your new home

After you have found and bought your new home, don't worry about the language barrier. If there are any problems with your home or it isn't as perfect as you'd like it to be, you can always get in touch with us and we'd be happy to help you out. We can offer you a network of additional services which is constantly being extended to provide you with support after you own your new home.

Kitchen:
If you have bought a newly built property, it is often necessary to fit a new kitchen. With some re-sale properties it is also often a requirement. Once you have picked your new kitchen, we are happy to accompany you to the kitchen store to assist you with translating your specifications and requirements.

Swimming pool:

After you have found and bought your new home, don't worry about the language barrier. If there are any problems with your home or it isn't as perfect as you'd like it to be, you can always get in touch with us and we'd be happy to help you out. We can offer you a network of additional services which is constantly being extended to provide yo Some properties have a perfect garden - the only thing that's missing is a private swimming pool. We can put you in touch with professional local pool building companies that can assist you with the planning process of your own pool. One of the most important aspects is a good quality and easy maintenance. The costs for a normally sized (i.e. 8x4m water surface area) swimming pool with mosaic tiles and Roman steps are ca. 12.980 Euro (June 2004).

Renovation & Extensions:
Your new home is still not quite perfect yet? If you require renovations in parts or an extension, we are happy to put you in touch with a local English speaking construction team.

Solar systems:
Solar systems are future orientated and environmentally friendly. On request, we can offer you the installation of a solar hot water system. Alternatively, there are also complete solar/wind electricity systems, e.g. for rural homes in areas where there is no mains electricity available. Also, at present there are grants available (between 30% and 40%) for solar systems.

The following prices are examples for systems that have already been installed and not actual valid quotes. These are dependent on the home and the individual requirements. All examples below include VAT and come with a 3 year guarantee on the installation.
