Horse Stable - Riding School "Ecuestria" in Pago del Humo
This attractive finca is situated somewhat inland near the village of Pago del Humo, between the towns Conil and Chiclana de la Frontera. The famous Montenmedio hacienda where many international riding competitions are hosted can be reached in only 30 mins. by car. The beaches of Novo Sancti Petri and La Barrosa can be reached within 15 mins drive.

Finca Ecuestria: a property ideal for horse lovers

 

The finca would be ideally suited for horse lovers or for setting up a riding school. The finca has got 10.000 m² of land and several buildings with a total constructed area of approximately 600 m².
The first building is a horse stable comprising a stableblock with 16 boxes laid out in U-shape with 2 passages (with 8 boxes each); at the end of the passages is a large place to prepare, wash and clean the horses with 2 water troughs. Each passage has direct access to the external sandschools and paddocks. In addition there is also a large saddlery.

There is a rectangular barn of 240m² for storing hay, straw and other supplies; connected to the barn is a garage with workshop. There is also a house with a constructed area of 110m² comprising 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. In front of the buildings there is a sandschool (60m x 20m) with 2 water troughs closed in by a brick wall (height 1.50m) with two gates. One of these gates gives direct access to a second paddock (15m x 15m).

  Behind the finca there is a large pasture of 8000 m² which is totaly fenced in with a big water trough and a small paddock with a roof and feeding trough, a transport ramp for horses and an extra box for veterinarian examinations. Further foundations are already in place and provide the possibility of extending the finca and adding further 10 external boxes. The finca has its own water supply via a well and 2 water deposits. Electricity is currently provided by a generator. There are plans that this area will be connected to mains electricity in the future.
